Phil Kidd is the father of "DEFEND YOUNGSTOWN".  After returning to the Youngstown area upon completion of service in the US Army, Phil wanted to be a part of the revitalization of  "Youngstown - America".  Believing in the area & its people, Phil decided to create an image that summarized his own passion for the Valley.  He felt that all apparel representing Youngstown involved murder rates & complacent attitude.
